Tomaso R. DeNoia

Tomaso R. DeNoia is an associate at DeNoia, Tambasco & Germann, representing clients in personal injury, civil litigation, and employment matters. Born and raised in Toms River, Tomaso earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Business at The College of New Jersey in 2013, and graduated cum laude from Villanova University School of Law in 2016 where he served as the Chairman of the Moot Court Board.

After earning his law degree, Tomaso clerked for the Honorable Francis R. Hodgson in the Ocean County Chancery – General Equity division, assisting with a wide variety of contract and land disputes. He then gained experience at a defense firm in Philadelphia, where he assisted in a range of casualty matters, including premises liability, commercial transportation, construction defects, and construction accidents.

Since joining the firm in 2018, Tomaso has handled hundreds of civil litigation matters from start to finish, including car accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, contract disputes, and consumer fraud.
